Four years : Woolly Mammoth back from extinction!
Scientists who are bringing back the Woolly Mammoth (another story too) say that Mammoths will tilt back the problems that humans made in Climate Change. Hopefully!
They are doing it by taking Mammoth samples out of frozen mammoths and filling in any DNA gaps with Elephant DNA. It will be the first animal brought back from extinction ever!
When they become fully grown Mammoths, it might be quite bad. Hopefully they don't grow them in Canada. Because that's where we live! They could go charging around buildings, knocking over cars and killing people! That would be worse than bad!

I'm looking forwards to the day they bring back the Mammoths. I don't want to ride on them. I don't want them as a pet, but I do want them back because it will be the the first step of bringing back the dinosaurs next, hopefully!
